As I reflect on my life so far, I am struck by a humbling realisation: I would be nothing without the hardworking farmers who toil tirelessly to grow the grains that nourish me. The milkman who arrives at my doorstep every morning with a fresh packet of milk. Or the cab driver who navigates the bustling streets, whisking me to important meetings and sparing me from the stress of being late

This is also very true for companies. For instance, Onsurity would be nothing without its customers, employees, investors, or the bunch of external partners that we work with. At the heart of it all, is our community which is the very foundation on which we thrive. It’s the collective strength, passion, and engagement of our community that fuels our growth and makes us who we are today.

NEXT is all about bringing this community together. It’s about encouraging every NEXTer to help elevate each other through the four pillars of NEXT – People, Culture, Tech, and Ideas.

As simple as the word “next” may be, it carries with it the extraordinary power to reveal the wondrous possibilities of tomorrow. It’s a word that stirs our hearts with excitement and curiosity, reminding us of the infinite potential that lies ahead.
