Yes, the Onsurity app is completely free for all enrolled members. There are no subscription fees, no in-app purchases, and no charges for the doctor teleconsultations included in your plan or for claim filing. Your employer covers the plan; you use the app at no cost.
If you change your phone, simply download the Onsurity app on the new device and log in with your registered mobile number — your health card and benefits will be right there. If your mobile number changes, contact your HR administrator to update your registered number in the Onsurity system, then log in using the new number.
Employees use the Onsurity member app (available on App Store and Google Play) to access their health cards, file claims, and consult doctors. Employers and HR managers use the Onsurity Business Dashboard at app.onsurity.com — a web-based portal to manage enrolments, review claims, add or remove members, and track plan utilisation.
