How cashless works

   Show your card

   Present your Onsurity health card and a photo ID at the hospital’s insurance desk.

2. 2

   Hospital raises pre-authorisation

   The desk sends the request to your TPA. We follow it through with the hospital and the insurer.

   Get treated

   Covered charges go straight to the insurer. You pay only what your policy doesn’t cover — consumables, non-medical items and anything outside your plan.

For planned admissions, tell the hospital desk 48 hours ahead.
