The Palette is the long-form conversation series within People NEXT. Where individual spotlights zoom in on a person, The Palette zooms out — convening cross-industry thinkers to explore the macro forces that are redefining employment, productivity, and belonging in India.
Each edition is structured around a central question — one that does not have a tidy answer, but that every people leader has had to wrestle with. Our editors bring together three to five perspectives, surface points of tension, and let the richness of disagreement do the work.
