Yogesh Agarwal is the co-founder and CEO of Onsurity, the employer group-health and employee-benefits platform he started in Bengaluru in February 2020 with Kulin Shah. He leads Onsurity’s mission to make quality health cover accessible to small and mid-sized Indian teams through a membership model with simple monthly, per-employee billing — for teams from as few as 2 employees. Under his leadership Onsurity has built the SuperApp, the TeamSure HR dashboard and the Good Doctors claims team, giving members cashless access at 10,000+ network hospitals.
